About Us

In 2016, when the founder of the youth football team we were coaching retired, out of honor and respect, we also retired the team’s name. Out of the love and passion we had for the sport and the kids we coached, we started the Missouri City Jaguars Youth Football and Cheer in 2017.

We are a non-profit organization that is about more than just football and cheer. Our goal is to mentor, build character, and teach responsibilities using the art of sports, football, and cheer. We have made a name for being a pillar in the community for not only kids but also families in the area that have been a part of the organization. From tutoring to counseling to providing rental assistance, transportation, food, and clothes.

In addition to assisting families that are a part of our organization, we have organized a food drive, coat drive, and clothing drive where the items were then donated to a local charity. We have also partnered and volunteered with other organizations such as Chevron Houston Marathon. We have started an event called Jam in Jag Land. This is a charity event where all the people in the community are invited out to receive free food, school supplies, care packages, clothes, and shoes as well as entertainment for the kids.

Each year we host a free training camp that is open to the whole community, regardless of whether the kids are signing up with the organization. During this time, we allow previous players to return and give back to the youth something that was once given to them. This has

allowed us to build relationships within the community.
